20 November 18:30-20:30Hybrid: Online and in Stockholm, Sweden

With limited access to drugs and equipment and in deficient health care systems, specific knowledge is necessary to apply medical knowledge into clinical practice. This event highlights such difficulties and provides tools to practice anesthesia and critical care in a medically safe and ethical way in resource limited contexts.

Efficient anesthesia and intensive trauma care is crucial to alleviating pain and suffering for patients. But how do we utilize effective treatment options and diagnostic tools with limited recourses? Join us in learning more about this and MSF protocols in low resource settings with experts within the field.

Th event coincides with the course Anesthesia and critical care with limited resources, which is offered by Karolinska Institutet Centre for Health Crises and MSF Sweden with support from Familjen Kamprads Stiftelse.

There will be time for questions and discussion in person and through a Q&A function for the people following online.
